Option buttons to prduce a sentence into textbox

Hi

I have attached a sample of what i would like to do, I have 3 option buttons and a textbox, sheet1, with cells ABCD, the text in cell A1 to be populated by option button 1, B1 option2 and so on, when chosen they are to appear in textbox, they are to follow on to create a sentence in the textbox and then populate into cell D on sheet.

Is there a way to make sure there is a space between the last word and then the beginning of the next, also is there a way that the text is wrapped when it populates into cell d1, it seperates and is in its own line under each one
