I am in need of a dashboard for my job, i am not an expert therefore building the dashboard is a tough one for me along with the adhoc.

Thats quite a potential big task for a free forum, I would be happy to help and assist you in building the dashboard , but to do it all based on a set of requirements , is probably more appropriate for the commercial services forum.
In the past, i have taken on a few projects and they tend to grow very quickly and found myself doing quite a few days work for free....
