insert an arrow by clicking and dragging within a range

Hello,

i would like a macro to automatically insert an arrow when i click and drag within a certain range.

so for example my range is C5:J20.
if i enter this 'zone' and hold the left mouse button and drag and then let go, an arrow will be inserted.
if i do this outside the 'zone' then this will not happen.
remember, i dont want to manually go to insert-shape-arrow. the macro should enable this to happen automatically if im in the zone.

i would like only 1 arrow at a time.
if i repeat the procedure again after an arrow has already been drawn, then the first arrow will delete itself.

can anyone please help.

ive had a bit of a play around and realised when i right click the arrow in insert shape i have the option "lock drawing mode".

this is pretty much what i want but just within the range of C5:J20.
Also, instead of drawing multiple arrows, i would like the previous drawn arrow to delete when i begin a new one. so there is only 1 arrow at a time.
