Excel 2013 - Macro to copy + cut paste in a table

Hello,

I use Microsoft excel 2013 and need two macros to do cut/paste rows (insert)and copy paste (copy in the destination row no needs to insert row).

for some reason my macro doesn't work and I really do not know why?? I would need your help to figure that out! Please refer my attachment (the macros need to be run inside the red zone):

pwd: p@ssw0rd!

PS: CTRL + X = cut macro and CTRL + C = copy macro
