ReadIn picture and name of picture

Hi,

i have a problem. I can read in the picture in a Excelfile (file in the attachement).
This is working fine. But is it also possible to read-in the name of the picture?

I need the name of the picture in a cell on the left top of each picture.

is it also possible to read in the picture in a cell? This should be better if i want
to hide some picture, right?

the variables r & c have to be defined. What do you prefer?

The macro changes the size of the picture. I don't know why?
The pictures do not have their original size after read in. Do you know why?

Hi Patel,
no, this doesn't work with the picture from the attachement.
It normally should work this way, but it doesn't. With the cars it it working this way.

if i read in this picture. The size increase up to 133% ?? Why?
i think there is a problem between cm and inch. Is this possible? (this is factor 0,75?)

I don't know, try to insert the car manually, the size is the same than with code

yes with the car it works. But i think there is a bug between pictures with cm to pictures with inch.
