I know there are tons of solutions out there, but I can't seem find one to solve my problem.
C:\Users\tparker\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\personal.xlsb can be opened directly from file path and Macros can be recorded, presuming it is open. However, It is not auto opening when Excel Opens.
My file path is verified correct via ?Application.StartupPath AND Options>Advanced>At startup, open all files in

Hi
Try looking in Excel's Options at the Add Ins area.
Go to the 'Manage' drop down and click 'Disabled Items'. If the Personal workbook appears there then re-enable it and restart Excel.
