Birthday and work anniversary reminder from excel file to outlook email

Hi,

This is my first post and have zero VBA training. This forum has been great for me to date by helping me build various programs to suit my needs but have got stuck with this latest one that kind of works...It's a birthday and work anniversary reminder that sends an email to the boss (1 person) when the program is opened and the birthday or anniversary is within a 5 day range of today. What doesn't work is the generated email title content. I want it to be a standard message saying the name of the person, the number of days to their birthday and age at that time, or the equivalent for their anniversary... At the moment, the program doesn't seem to properly look up the person who's birthday it is and use that information in the email - instead it uses the same incorrect name each time...any help greatly appreciated.

Attached is the file with proper names removed. You will see the program to check if the date is within range in the thisworkbook area and the program to send the email in the module area.

Once this is fully functioning, I'd also like to also program this excel file to run each day the bosses computer is turned on.
