Hide Sheet if Change Worksheets

Hi All,
Is there any way to hide a sheet if the focus is not on that sheet? I have a sheet labelled "Instructions". It is normally hidden, but there is a button that will un-hide it.
I would like the sheet to automatically hide when they user clicks on another sheet.
