Macro to replicate multivariate returns based on covariance samples

Apologies in advance if the question is a bit esoteric. I am trying to write a routine in VBA that simulates 250 multivariate returns using a set of stock return averages (Columns I : N in the attached file) and covariances (Boxes 1 and 2). I would like for the output of the routine to go in columns W: AB. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated!

Please check the attached file. If you click on the button called "Simulated Returns" all the calculations would be done automatically. You may please change the values in column B to G and click on the said button. You will get the details. Please let me know if your query is answered.

I am trying to use excel as database file. Please check the attached file in which there are two worksheets. Data Base & Topsheet.
I would like to add the values entered in Row No.14 in top sheet to data base file in respective month column as selected in topsheet according to the accont code selected in row no.12.This has to happen when I click on ADD Button inserted in Top Sheet.

The data in data base should be accumulated. Is it possible to write a program in this manner. Please suggest.
