No stock movement macro

I'm not sure what 0% movement is. Which items should be moved? Based on what criteria? First column with a zero? Zero in Column H? Please clarify your criteria

if h is equal to 0%

throw whole data column a to m to sheet 2
starting row 2 , since row 1 is headers

I needed very badly ,
we have a gigantic sell going on
and there are many dead stocks still
not selling at reduced pricing , we want
to blow them at cut throat prices
