Need help entering new row based on a certain cell value

Hello all,

I have a sheet with thousands of entries and I need to enter a row if the Z column(also labeled as 'color series type') is equal to 'colorSeriesMaster'. This new row needs to go above the row that contains that value. I have looked on here for solutions but none of them seem to work for me(I'm guessing because of my lack of VB Scripting skills). If anyone could help me out with any bit of info or sample scripts that would be great.

Please help me! I'm begging someone to help me. This can't be that complicated at all. Looks like I'll just find another forum. It seems every other thread is getting a response but not mine.
