    MS Paint on Excel

    Hi,

I want to write a piece of VBA code that takes a simple key (i.e R-Red, B-Blue, G-Green) and will open the scribble function for a user to draw with when you double click on a cell in the key. I am also trying to make the color of the scribble figure drawn correspond to the color in the key. To break it down into steps:

    1. Double click on a cell in the key to open scribble
    2. Scribble figures in color corresponds to the cell
    3. Double click on the same cell to stop drawing scribble figures.
    4. Be able to repeat with any of the cells in the key.

    Thank you so much guys!

This is awesome and definatley the stepping stone I needed. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Is there any way to chain the figures before coloring (i.e Draw 3 scribbles and make them all red)?
Is there any way to adjust the thickness of the line?

This will change line thickness of last shape by double clicking A4/A6/A8

If you want to format more than 1 shape then select whilst holding CTRL. Then use the Format tab in the ribbon to apply new formatting to all selected shapes.
