Worksheet to Userform

I have a Userform with textboxes, commandboxes, etc and when I click submit, the data is entered into a worksheet in the next available row. what i would like is a spinbutton on my userform that will bring the data from the worksheet back onto the userform. for example, if I click spinbutton to 5, the data from row 5 on the worksheet will repopulate on the userform. let me know if this is possible and thanks for the tips.

All you need to do is reverse this code and replace NextRow with the value from the spinner.

and i should have been more clear in my first post. i would like a text box with the row value that the spin button controls

i suppose i'm just not clear where to enter this code. do i enter it in the spinbutton or text box? also, is there additional code that needs to be entered? you'r speaking to a novice so need more help
