    National Calendar Days

I want to know red days (free days) for a country like US, United Kingdom, ...

Is that possible to get by VBA? Maybe calling a national calender or something.

    Re: National Calendar Days

I'm assuming by 'red days' you mean what we know as either national/bank holidays. Why not just google for national days for the country in question.

Yes, That's what I mean. Instead of searching on Google and getting a table with dead values I wondered if this automatically can be received from VBA.

It's possible and you don't necessarily need VBA. If you can find a site that has the data as a table then you could use the Data...From Web option to link a cell to the web table.

But since these only change every year why not just copy the dates into an Excel table.

Here's the list of the 8 Bank Holidays in the UK, for what it's worth:

    New Year - 1st January, unless that falls on a weekend, in which case it will be the next Monday;
Good Friday - the Friday immediately before Easter Sunday (there are various free calculators available for evaluating the date of Easter Sunday in any particular year)
Easter Monday - the Monday immediately after Easter Sunday
May Day - first Monday in May
Spring Bank Holiday - last Monday in May
August Bank Holiday - last Monday in August
Christmas - 25th December, unless that falls on a weekend, in which case it will be the following Monday
Boxing Day - 26th December, unless that falls on a Saturday (so 28th December, a Monday) or on a Sunday (also 28th December, but Tuesday, as 25th Dec will be on a Saturday, so that Bank Holiday is on the Monday)

Very occasionally we might have others, such as the Queen's Diamond Anniversary recently, or if we win the World Cup (some hopes !!)

    Hope this helps.

    Pete

All of these dates can be calculated with Excel formulas (The Easter formula is only accurate for the next 100 years or so though)
