Update cell based on Modified date from another file type.

Hello All,

I have my workbook update from three separate files every morning. I would like to make sure that the correct data form that day is being updated. It is possible to have excel place in one cell on each sheets being updated the last modified date form the file is coping from? The file being updated is in .html format.
