Get the purchase value from different sheet with two fields matching

Hi,

I have two sheets, sales and purchase. Need to get the purchase amount from the puchase sheet into the sales sheet.
The condition is S.order and ITemcode in the sales sheet has to match with the S.order and ITemcode in the purchase sheet. Corresponding "Net" value has to be entered in sales "NET" place.

I tried with vlookup but am not familear with this.

Have attached the sheet for reference.
Can please someone help me.

Hi there,
VLOOKUP will not work, because Item Code in Purchase Sheet has some blank spaces at the end of string, so You will not get exact match.

But check attached file with array formula:
