    Excel 2010 Macro help

    Good morning all,

Hello my name is Brian and I am trying to make a macro in excel 2010 and would like some help. So this is my first macro I have ever done and I don't think I am doing it right or I don't have enough knowledge on making one. My macro will highlight matching numbers in a row. I am doing this for my lottery number data base. So let say in my first row (B2-G2) is the combination that I played and then in row (J2-O2) is the actual lottery combination that came up. How would I get this macro to highlight matching numbers in a row?

Also is my formula right for doing this???
"H" is my Matches column so my formula would be for "H2"
    =countcells(B2:G2)
Also is my formula right for doing this???
"Q" is my Most Matches so my formula would be for "Q2"
    =MAX(H:H)
Also is my formula right for doing this???
"S" is my Count so my formula would be for "S2"
    =countif(table1[matches],R2)
Here is a layout of my spreadsheet.
    Name my combination Matches draw date Ball1 Ball2 Ball3 Ball4 Ball5 Ball6 Most Matches Matched #'s Count
    PowerBall 1,2,3,4,5,6 xxxx 06/20/2014 1 2 3 4 5 6 xxxx xxxx xxxx

If any of the Excel Wizards could please help me I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Thank you for your time everyone!
    Brian

    Hi
Select the range containing the two rows of numbers.
    Click on Conditional Formatting
    Click on Highlight Cell Rules
    Click on Duplicate Values
Select the colour you wish to use as a format
    Click OK

    Good luck
    Tony
