Drop down with 60 options - check boxes

Hi

Would like the same dropdown with about 60 options in each cell for 40 different people. The drop downs are fine to do, but I would like to have check boxes beside each option as the results iwll be ongoing.

Can anyone advise on this - I tried List box but that doesnt seem to work
