Excel Table using a named range

Is there a way to have a table increase it's size using a Named Range that is dynamic.

I have a table that I would like to increase and decrease based on the size of a pivot table next to it.
I have named a range "MyRange" using the Offset method, that reflects the correct size.
When I created the table I put in MyRange and it correctly set up the table. However it does not change when my pivot table changes (Although the Named Range does.
Is there a way I can use VBA and the resize property, or better yet I wish I could do it in Excel.

Re: Excel Table using a named range

This is a guess, an educated guess, but a guess, nevertheless. When you create a Table, Excel defines a Dynamic Named Range for it, and Excel manages it. You can tell Excel to resize the Table but you cannot manually adjust the range size. And, why should you need to? If you add a row, Excel automatically resizes the Table to include it. If there's is data in a row, it gets included.

So I think you're thinking of it the wrong way ... but I don't know what you're trying to achieve. Why do you want/need the Table size to reflect changes in the Pivot Table?
