Macro to only run if activeworkbook or specific other are open

Hi all

Could someone please help or point me in the right direction?

I only want a macro to run if the no other workbooks are open (accept the active workbook and "Launcher.xls").

I have this so far but it does not seem to work correctly.

The idea is to close the active workbook if other workbooks are open which could cause issues.
