How can write macro or VBA to delete spicfic column?

Dear Expert Excel person,

Can you help me how can i write VBA or Macro to delete specific column?

I have header each column as Jan-U, Jan-O, Feb-U, Feb-O, until Dec-U and Dec-O.

And I would like to delete only column that is -O?

could you please help me how can do this one?
