MACRO runs very slowly, getting Run out of Memory error

    Hi everyone,

    I have the following code:

The CORE_DD code is a slightly modified version of an old code i have that works perfectly. When I run the code on my new template, it first runs extremely slowly and then I get a Run out of Memory error. When I look at the new workbook that's been opened, it appears the summary page has been copied but the formulas were copied as well where as it should only be the values.

Any ideas how I can speed this up and actually have the values copied to the new workbook?

    thanks everyone!!

    Hi Norie,

Thanks very much. I've tried your adjustment and it seemed to start working faster but I got the Run out of Memory error again and it appears the formulas have been copied into the new workbook instead of just the values from the original. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

The formulas will be copied to the new workbook but then they should be replaced with values here.

If that's not happening how about this?

Copy the template worksheet to the end of the main workbook, replace formulas with value in the copied sheet and then move that sheet to a new workbook.
