Problem in delivering the mails

So I have pasted the code for your reference. Column 'i' contains name of student, column 'j' contains the birthdate of a student and column 'v' contains the email id of the student. There are email id inn column 'v' but I'm getting message 'empty email id'

Please give me a solution of this problem because my work is stopped.
