Extract Data from one to another using conditions

Dear all,

I would like to be able to extract certain data from one sheet to another using the macro condition, as explained below, please.

Logic:
find duplicate names (column A), If same name occurs more than 3 times or is equal to 3 (>=3), and it has the same date, then extract the name to sheet2, and calculate the AVG and STDDEV from all the prices that fall under the same name within the same date.

Please see the example in the worksheet, for further detail.
Sheet1, shows input data and sheet2 shows the desired output.

Thank you for your reply. I was looking for macro solution, because then it can work with more than 50/90,000 of dataset, but I can use formula, if that is quicker solution.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am sorry to inform, that the formula, should extract only duplicate names which have occurred 3 time or more.

In the post #4, the only names that should be displayed in sheet2, are CORDR 4 and ESAIL, with their calculations, otherwise the other names are incorrect.

is it possible to change the formula, if its not too much trouble.

Thank you so much for your help and update. The solution is great, but I am trying to update the formula(name column -- sheet2) to read 50,000 records but every time I edit this, the cell goes blank.

I have also tried, editing the formula out of the cell and then pasting in the new chnages, it still gives me a blank cell.

Please advice, if possible.

It is Array formula. After editing the for mula , Don't press Enter key.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.

Many thanks for your help again. I followed your directions, and sadly the macro is outputting the cells as 0. I have attached my dataset in sheet1 and sheet2, has the formulas, which are currently not reading any data from sheet1.
