DIFFICULT CASE: Challenging Revision Control Macro and Previous Revisions Storage

Dear Forum Mates,
I am new to this place, thus went through large amount of posts and was amazed with the level of expertise that this forum provides.
I truly hope that I will be able to learn a great deal from all of you...but before I become a specialist, I will need to ask for your help...

I will need help on:

1) START RECORDING CHANGES made to Worksheet "Multi Level BOM" ... those changes need to be recorded into Worksheet: "Revision Table".

I attached the file I created and would like all Engineers in our Company to use (sensitive information was removed).
