If your problem is solved, please say so clearly, and mark your thread as Solved: Click the Edit button on your first post in the thread, Click Go Advanced, select b from the Prefix dropdown, then click Save Changes. If more than two days have elapsed, the Edit button will not appear -- ask a moderator to mark it.
How would having a button help? It may well be visible but until you enable macros it will not function.
Also the message bar warning will be replaced with old dialog if the VBE is open.

It doesn't come from anywhere. It is part of the excel application.
Previous versions displayed a dialog box. Newer version the message bar.
