Macro to concatenate if removing duplicates?

Hello, I am in need of some expert help.

I'm trying to develop a macro that will remove/delete duplicates in two columns, but then concatenate the titles associated with the duplicate data into one cell. Please view my attachment for reference. I realize there's probably no way I can do this without using VBA, which is fine, I just have no idea where to start.

To provide some clarity, I'll be plotting the data from the right two columns on an XY scatter-chart, so I need the employee names to concatenate in order to condense them into one data point rather than overlapping.
