Subtract cells from different Workbook

I'm trying to subtract the same exact cells (position of the sheets) but from different workbooks. Here is my code that is definitely not working...

Sorry for the multiple post but it seems like I'm solving my vba problems alone today. So I got it up and working, at least this is what it think because I run it, it says : Insuffisent memory ; Execution error 7

So I'm guessing I need to make my code more efficient. Can anybody help me do that please
