Check for duplicate in another sheet and then enter value in cell next to it

Hello,

Excuse me for beeing a noob and asking silly questions, but it's learning by doing for me at this time.

I have the following
In sheet named "Aproval": A long list of numbers in column A (from row 4 and down)
In sheet named "VBdata": A list of numbers in Column A (from row 3 and down)

What I would like:
To automatically check every value in "aproval" Column A(from row 4 and down) to see if any of these match any of the numbers in "VBdata" column A (From row 3 and down)
If a match is found: enter the value "Solved" in the cell next to the match in sheet "aproval" (that Would be in column B)

Example 1:
If a match is found for the value in cell A7, then enter the value "Solved" in cell B7

Example 2:
If a match is found for the value in cell A99, then enter the value "Solved" in cell B99

Example 3:
No match is found: do nothing

I've been experimenting with this a long time, and can't seem to get it to work the way I would like =\ Any help from you wise guys?

Can it not be done using an IF formula?
