    I need to pull data from 1 row and use it to populate a word document

    I would like to automate a word document that I have to fill out manually based on the info in a spreadsheet. I would like to be able to select a row that the data comes from as well. I have attached the spreadsheet and word document to this thread. Thanks so much for any light you are able to shed on this for me

    Have you considered Mail Merge from Word. There are several good videos on youtube explaining it.

    You insert merge fields into the document by using headers. You start in Word. If the document is already typed then click mail merge and follow the initial prompts. They click select recipients and starting adding the headers. Once that is done you can then click on Edit Recipient List and uncheck all and check only from one row. Once you start this it will be easy. I hope that helps.
