VBA to count data in Column and paste the count in different sheet

Hello,

I need help in VBA which would count data in Column F of dump Sheet and paste the count in master sheet B2 Cell.
Please advice.

Why do you NEED VBA when a simple COUNTIF function would seem the obvious solution.

am not good with formula . How can we achieve with formula? It would do helps if it can be done with only formula..

Thanks AB.. Code works well. But I need help in Searching the Row instead of just putting F:F. The file I receives, the column which I want to count can be placed anywhere in the dump sheet.

I have below code which helps me to search Status Column.. But How can I tweak your code to do the same.
