pop up message box and paste resulting value

Hey Guys!

So I have an existing vba code where on a sheet if you change a specific value to completed or closed, it copies the line and pastes it on the archive tab. What I need is if the value is changed to completed or closed, I want a message box to pop up which asks the user to please enter closing comments. then to place those comments in the proper archive tab on the same row as the just pasted data but in column H. Ill attache workbook for reference
