Hi,

Work have changed our hours and has asked some staff to help create a rota we like, since we are working it. Can anybody help create an excel so that following would be covered.

Mon - Fri 0600-0030
Sat 0600-0000
Sun 0900-2200

There are 3 areas that need two people at all times,
Sundays are not part of the working week but should be on rota (can book off),
contracted 35 hours,
the 3 areas will be covered by staff for break (30mins) should be incorporated,
Staff level - (currently 20 but subject to change to other roles) so levels can be increased/decreased to suit hours,
Alternating weekends/long weekends would be nice.

Would be nice if the excel could easily tell what staff are working, annual leave, easy printoff~
