Issue with Function - Getting Nov: 1,2,3,4,5 to display as Nov: 1-5

Hey guys,

I had some issues creating a formula / macro that took dates ordered: November 1,2,3,4,5 and turning it into November 1-5

I was provided the code to play around with, however from the attached workbook, it doesnt seem to work in all instances,

Is anyone able to see where the logic is breaking down?
