How can I get VLOOKUP to work with this?

    How can I get VLOOKUP to work with this?

    I want insert VLOOKUP in place of the values 1,2,3,4,0 but am getting a cell reference error. Any ideas?

    The sheet that I am referencing the cell in is active and the cell is named InputValue
