Linking data from a drop down to my Macro.

Here is the file I have right now:
AdherenceSortMacro.xlsm

Thanks to Lewis in a previous post, he has got me this far. I have added a few things to his code but need a couple of more things that is over my head so far.

1. I would like to link the agent name and the dropbox results together on my output.
Example output would be : JanJackson Kim
JanArnold, Sedricka

2. Is there a way that I can put a button to clear the first page data other than the dropdown and header?

Do you want to see only one of the agents at a time for a given month?

I am not sure I you can link the drop box in the way you are talking about however I think I have created a way to do what you want using a different method.AdherenceSortMacro.xlsm
