Depending on range of values a new value is applied

Dear forum!

Data has headers
In column E2 and down I have value of "1" (this need to be changed depending on values in F2)
In column F2 I have 5 digits string for example "13103".

I want to change the E2 value to "2" when F2 has values between let say 13104 - 13333 and 23401 - 23999 and 42100 - 42325.

Possible? And can you have more combinations for F2?
