Sort Items Number with two condition then sum with thos conditions

Hello!

I want to know if it's posible to achieve this macro, the goal is to sort by Items with two conditions and the sum dinamic ranges

1.- Sort Item1 with "P" condition at the top of the same item1 in Mstr column
2.- Sort Item1 with "None" condition below of "P" row
3.- Sum Items1 "P" and "None"
4.- Sum Items1 "Desck"
