copy contents to other sheet based on heading

Hello,

In the attached sample w/book.

I have copied contents in sheet 1 to sheet2 for week1.
but once week 2 comes i will be updating the data on sheet1 (example: row 1 will become Week 2)and will need to now copy this data to sheet 2 but to week 2 heading.

Is there an easier way to do this.
