Macro for save as action on excel

Hi , I have some excel files which should be saved in Excel 97-2003 Workbook format . I am trying to write vba code for that i am struggling at starting . problem is i have 6 excel files which should be saved as Excel 97-2003 Workbook format i don't know how i give 6 files path to code . I am very new to vba coding and i am learning vba any reference link is appreciated ..

Here i am giving the path url in workbook directly to Filename object instead i have to take it from a notepad file which has 6 files url and run the macro for 6 files , and i have to give notepad url in cell which has the macro . This code runs good , i want to take xlsx file url from notepad and notepad url from cell which has the macro . Please give me idea how i read file url from notepad .
