How to code Combobox to display several CSV files?

Hello!
I'm a VBA novice and am coding my first UserForm. I've gotten some of it working. I need to display a ComboBox that will display 3 different CSV files. Since these will be updated here and there, I didn't think AddItem would work. And recommendations on how i should script this?
