Using variable column reference in VBA worksheet function

I've been stuck on this for a while now, I hope someone can help. I have the following line in VBA which works.

I have a variable for the column adress of the second part of the formula so it looks like this

But it says I don't have the correct syntax. What do I need to do to fix it?
