This is something that accompanies a form that requires photo evidence, and instead of printing the form and all the photos individually, I'm looking for a way to insert photos , rotate them 270 degrees, size them to a full sheet, and print one photo per page, full size.

(To get an idea of the requirements, I would then staple the form to the photos so you have a packet with the form and all the photos on their own page).
