Sequential Numbering Macro

I want to create a macro to number the rows in column A in sequential order. I also want the macro to auto adjust when rows are added or deleted. Can you help me out?

I created a sheet specific macro for you.

Right Click on the sheet name at the bottom of excel and select view code to edit it.

What do you mean "adjust as rows are added"?

and a new row is inserted between 3 & 4, what do you want the numbering to be?
