Automatically open a comments box when certain text is entered into a cell

Hi Guys

I am very new to this site so hope I am doing this right.

I am looking to have a comments box open automatically when certain text is selected in a cell. I've tried everything I can think of but no luck. I know it will have to be a macro so can anyone help.

The word I'm selecting is CBP in the F column and the range of the spreadsheet is A2 to N370.

Any help will be greatly received.

You say you are selecting the work CBP in a cell but I have a feeling you may be entering it into a cell. If so this macro won't work. If you are actually selecting a cell with CBP in it then you should be good to go.
