Counting the number of used Rows and using this number to start a process

I am trying to count the number of rows that are filled in a column and if this number is equal to or greater then a given number then it begins a process and if it is less then the number the macro end. I have attached a sample and my starting point. Any help is greatly appreciated.SAMPLE.xlsm

Yes I made some modifications to fit my range but it works perfectly thank you for your help
