I want to add from one textbox to another without replacing the value using a button

I am having some troubles with the following code. I have a listbox and when I click my 'Add' button it sends the value of the selected listbox item to textbox19 and also adds in a semi-colon. It works, but I dont want it to replace the value of textbox19, I want the 'Add" button to add to the textbox19 value... Reference picture below, if I clicked 'Add' twice, textbox19's text should read: AI; AI;
Make sense? seems like it could be any easy fix.
