unique and continuous number

Dear All,

This is my favorite and loving forum. Got much of help regarding excel.
now I am working on a vba userform to perform my work through excel userform.
I need to insert a continuous number which is unique and refers a complete record in column A: (for example, AW-0001, AW-0002, AW-0003 and so on......)
please help me to write a code for the same.
