Data from template directly also saved in another sheet.

Hi there,

What I am trying to accomplish is get a user to fill out a template about upcoming projects that are to be undertaken, and have that information automatically saved in another worksheet sort of like a database.

So for example if a user is inputing details in the already existing template to record details about Project 001, it would save in a worksheet of its own. Additionally a worksheet with data from all projects inputted would be stores in a separate worksheet.

I am guessing I will need some kind of macro for this, but I dont have any experience with creating macros.
I appreciate any help/suggestions on accomplishing this!

So instead of pushing the data to the aggregate data file from each subfile, why not pull all of the subfiles into the aggregate data file?

I would do that.

Can you post a sample dataset and something mocked up of what you are trying to accomplish?

So if you look at the template worksheet, what I want to do is whenever a new duplicate worksheet is created for a blank template, have information inputted in that template. I want then to automatically get the information inputted in the template worksheet directly into the database sheet.
