E-mail row by checkbox VBA

We are trying to build a tracking system that will send our developers an e-mail when something has change on a row that is their item.

I have to code working perfectly but would like to add more lines without adding a separate send email button per row.


On top of having the header
I would like to add a check box or something per row that would be the condition to add to email.


I'm very new to VBA so please expand as much as a noob would need
Any other thoughts please don't hesitate as I'm open to ideas

check box would be rather fiddly if you are going to have a more than a few lines

why not just have a Y/N instead?

ps you should probably mention your using lotus notes, the syntax/coding in VBA is a bit different to MS outlook

as it is notes i dont know where to insert the loop also as it is notes i cant actually test anything before giving it to you
